I visited this salon for the second time and I think it will be my last. It's definitely not the place to go if you want a relaxing treatment. The treatment room is right off reception and it's very loud. I had a facial and the lady doing it actually left midway through to talk to customers and her staff. You can hear every conversation outside from the treatment room, it's quite bright, no music, no atmosphere at all. I went for the second time because the facials were 50% off and it was very disappointing. I was hardly acknowledged when I came in, but told they were running late so I sat for 20 minutes without a word spoken to me. When the girl came out to get me there was no apology for the delay and she didn't say a word to me the whole time. Didn't ask anything about my skin, if I had the facial before, etc. I was in and out in 20 minutes and that was it. Customer service is very poor and just not a comfortable environment.

So I went there to get my eyebrows waxed. I did not feel very welcome as no one even said hello when I entered.
The lady who did the treatment was very nice but the room was rather dark, there was no light to even have a close look at my eyebrows and she did not even ask about shape or anything at all. I was in and out within 5 minutes. She gave me a small and dirty mirror to have a look at it but I couldn't really see anything.
When I went home I had a look at my eyebrows and the job done is very disappointing , I had to take the tweezers and finish it myself. All in all it was a waste of money as I could've done it myself all along.
Had an Excellant body massage ,professional and lovely cremes used,relieved all my achey bits,felt so relaxed after ,definately recommend x
