My experience wasn't amazing.
First of all, Karen was about 20 minutes late for my appointment and I had to wait in front of her front door. When she finally arrived my treatment was rushed as she had other people booked in for that day. Not to mention that when she heard that I paid in advance, through the website, she started complaining about Treatwell payment terms and made me feel like she was doing me a favour for doing my pedicure (that I already paid for).
As a result, my shellac pedicure was not great and I felt really uncomfortable being there.
Also, she forgot to cure my nails so the paint was still sticky after 3 hours. After getting advice from some friends, I cured them myself with some vodka that evening and the shellac finally dried. But the coat of paint was thin so the colour didn't last very long.
I decided to leave this review after such a long time because I felt really uncomfortable and it was quite a bad experience overall. If you're looking for a good pedicure in Croydon, you're better off spending a bit more at a proper nail salon.

The lady was lovely. The ear candling was an interesting experience and one I would like to try again!
