The worst and most expensive "manicure" of my life. For context, I had not had a manicure in about 3 months. Regardless, my cuticles were left completely untouched even though they obviously needed attention. The filing was crocked and mishaped. The whole process took An hour & 15 minutes. This was for a 30 second nail soak, file, then 4 coats of polish. This didn't leave enough time for my wax that I had booked in afterwards. The day after my manicure, the shellac polish was more than half removed. I did reschedule my waxing but will not be returning.
