Karen is amazing, not only does she do my semi-perm lashes beautifully (so they look absolutely natural) but she is also the nicest lady. Her beauty room is convenient for me and super comfy too.I recommend her to everyone I know!

Asked for natural looking lashes, came out with awful fake looking lashes way too heavy for my natural fine lashes. The lashes were wonky and gave me the appearance of one lazy eye!! The process was painful, several times my lower lashes got stuck to the extensions and were painfully ripped/cut apart. When I left some of the lower lashes were still stuck to the extension holding the outer corner of my eye shut. The therapist insisted it was fine but they were still stuck and causing so much pain I had to remove them 2 days later. Waste of money and very traumatic.
