After a 15 minutes consultation with you, finally I know why it's hard for me to lose weight. Those lymphatic drainage sessions were just what I needed. I think I might even be able to get into your suggested exercise program....but until I get motivated I will be booking in for a few more weight loss sessions. Watch this space :)
