I’ve never had any kind of wax treatment before and after meeting Flavia I now will have them regularly. She made me feel totally at ease and was friendly and chatty all the way through which I guess distracted me, although the treatment wasn’t painful at all. She isn’t called Miss Hollywood for nothing! Excellent service, professional and spotlessly clean venue. Highly recommend
