Venue needs a receptionist!! I was left waiting to be greeted for 15 minutes before anyone came down. Nail technician was friendly, chatty and did a good job overall. I don’t agree with the extra cost to cuticle work following a groupon voucher I purchased for a shellac manicure, not a file and paint! Such a shame as the salon does offer a good range of treatments but I won’t be returning.
