Everything about the wax was perfect - from the text with directions, the welcome and conversation like we were old friends and genuinely an almost pain free first ever wax. Sky is unbelievably skilled and I’m almost looking forward to the next one!

She asked me to come 30 mins early which I could not do. I then called ahead to say I’d be 2 mins late, when I got there she rushed me and was rude to me, telling me she’d have to rush the appointment because I was late. She then didn’t trim the hairs that were left and left wax in them, but I didn’t feel I could say anything because she was so angry.
