Pretty pain free g-string waxing; super fast and efficient therapist, who asked me to check if I was happy afterwards. I said I was, as felt awkward asking for a bit of a trim to make it even neater (a service that my absolute favourite therapist provided as part of the service, and therefore never had to be requested). A strong 10/10 though for technique!

The underarm waxing was super swift and pretty pain-free - the therapist was ultra efficient but friendly, providing distracting chat while she worked. We even had a post-wax pet dog photo chat, which was nice. Would totally recommend - she has a really good technique.

Really quick and quite painless - the therapist was super efficient and friendly. We had a nice, distracting chat, including a post-wax comparison of pet dogs :) I'd recommend!

The room itself wasn't relaxing enough but the therapist was great as she made me feel relaxed as she did her massage on me. The temp in the room could have been warmer but for the price it was good value
