Really quick and quite painless - the therapist was super efficient and friendly. We had a nice, distracting chat, including a post-wax comparison of pet dogs :) I'd recommend!

The room itself wasn't relaxing enough but the therapist was great as she made me feel relaxed as she did her massage on me. The temp in the room could have been warmer but for the price it was good value
