I really absolutely love Kate and her sweet and bubbly personality, she is great at doing nails and clearly knows what she is doing, unfortunately my nails were cut quite short through miscommunication so they hurt for a while and some of the gel chipped off after a couple days, but I believe that to be a one off problem based on all the other reviews.
