Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I have had. I booked for a normal manicure and pedicure. The normal polish kept clumping and was very sticky. Kate offered a gel polish as an alternative but it has come out bubbly. No hygiene practice. Kate spat on my hands a few times whilst talking which made me extremely uncomfortable. I had to stop at one point to wipe my hands with a tissue. Would never go back and warn others of quality and hygiene!
