We rescheduled my treatment and unfortunately I didn’t receive the treatment as the therapist had double booked my appointment. I was waiting for 15 minutes with no information about what was happening and how long I would be waiting for. I had to disturb a member of staff on her lunch break to ask if she knew what was happening. She didn’t know as the therapist was with another client. I had to get back to work and left without the treatment. Now they are refusing to give me a refund.
