I went to Beauty Pac for an express pedicure and I'm very happy with it. It was real value for money and the lady who did it was very good and precise. I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Beauty Pac since it opened, in fact I have had my treatments done by Lisa for years (roughly 5 years!). I have followed her from a previous salon....that's how good she is!! I had brazilian waxing done by others before I found Lisa & no one has made the experience as comfortable and relaxing as she has. I also get my eyebrows shaped and tinted at Beauty Pac, which always results in lovely comments! Recently I tried microdermabrasion at Beauty Pac. The treatment was so relaxing, I fell asleep! Lisa makes the environment so serene & calming you can forget about all your worries and enjoy the moment. When the treatment was finished, my skin looked and felt so refreshed, I looked like I had perfect make-up on! This experience has now made me an addict & I will be booking in for another one very soon! I have never had any problems with making bookings at Beauty Pac & never have I felt rushed or had a negative experience. I would and have recommended Beauty Pac to everyone, in fact, my mum has a booking for tomorrow!

Well, I usually write great reviews, but this experience was terrible. I went to this venue earlier. I rang the bell, NO ANSWERS. I waited. Again, I rang the bell and...NO ANSWERS, the venue was empty, the lights were turned off. I decided to call her, no answers. Second call, she answered. She arrived and opened the door and she looked at me very upset without a reason. After a while, she gave me the treatment and she versed some acetone on my new skirt without any excuses. Please, AVOID!

Very nice and kind therapist. She made me feel at my ease. the treatment was one hour long as it was supposed to be. We had a chat and the times flew. I enjoyed it.
