I rarely leave reviews but this is honestly terrible. My skin is worse now than before my appointment. Some of the areas she "treated" are now irritated and infected because she forced too much with her tools. I'm so unhappy with the results and can't believe I paid for my face to be butchered.

Haircut was wonky, long on one side and shorter on the other. Cris did not understand when I mentioned this (she barely spoke English). The ‘salon’ is at the back of an electronic shop, this is not shown in the photos. I was not properly consulted prior to having my hair washed and it quickly became apparent that Cris was not a ‘senior stylist’. I had to go straight to another salon to get my hair fixed. Daylight robbery, not worth wasting anything more than £5 there. I want a refund.
