The staff were friendly and welcoming I was asked upon arrival if I would like something to drink- prosecco or coffee this showed a clear taking on board of recommendation from my previous visit when I had mentioned it might have been nice to be offered the prosecco earlier. I requested the steamer (which had been used last visit) as I had a cough and they gladly turned it on for me despite it having not been prepared before. Once again the massage and massage bed were great. For the nails they were very focused on ensuring my nails would be properly dry so as to prevent chipping- again taking previous feedback on board, and my nails are still perfect 2 days later which is lovely. They are always friendly and great to speak to nothing too much trouble. I had problems with the booking process and they noticed I had booked differently and asked about that and were keen to consider how they could improve the booking experience for me too which wa slovely.

Booked a cut for my husband and had the most amazing surprise with the hairdresser. He is lovely and my husband will definitely go back
