Krinna is absolutely lovely. She made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into her lovely little studio - every time I'm there it smells amazing and is the most relaxing environment! I decided to start electrolysis having been recommended this for my upper lip hair removal but didn't know much about it, yet Krinna's extensive knowledge and detailed explanation really made me feel reassured and comfortable. Would highly recommend!!
