Place is really well-located, but in a strange building with a foreboding entrance! The staff are lovely, at least the woman who did my treatment as I didn't speak with anyone else. She gave me a cup of water and was the right level of chatty for my energy levels, in that she wasn't forcibly chatty at all. She did my eyebrows too dark for my liking, and I had told her I didn't want them that dark, but in all in it's not the end of the world.
