I have only ever had Guinot facials in the past which are always really good.this was a disappointing treatment and quite short ,less than an hour.The therapist was lovely very nice. However the actual treatment (Caci facial did absolutely nothing for me ) and my skin looked no different after.In fact i felt I really needed to get a facial afterwards.Perhaps I did not fully realize what a Caci was and so it was extremely dissapointing and i felt a waste of money.

Very convenient location off Oxford Street. Small reception. Noise from dance studio below. Fairly small treatment rooms. However, the therapist was lovely, very knowledgeable and gave a wonderful facial which made me feel really good.

The therapist was fantastic - very tailored approach and very sweet. The facial I had was with herbs, which was weird, but it definitely worked. Really enjoyed it.
The only downside was that it was in a dance studio so you could hear the dancers on the wooden floors. Would have been nice to have a more isolated room.
