I don’t think I would be going back, it was very cold in the room. The wax they used was roll on and it hurt more putting on them taking it off.

Best neck back and shoulder massage I've ever had - thank you Saf! Despite turning up bang on the start of my appointment and needing to fill in the required paperwork I was given the full time of my treatment which was much appreciated :-) Beautiful salon and polite staff, would thoroughly recommend

Charlotte made me feel so relaxed. It’s the first time I had my hair done by her. I love the colour. She really understood what I wanted and I felt reassured I would be getting the result I wanted.
The atmosphere was lovely. Michelle and Charlotte both took time to chat.

Overall, I was disappointed by my treatments:
-the therapist was texting when supposed to be massaging me. Her phone was on loud too and she dropped it mid massage
-paid for 1hr15 treatment, she tried to stop after 55 mins
-the hygiene paper only came up to the shoulder area. Nothing on the head / face area of the bed. This was especially bad given covid.
-Could hear the hairdresser talking loudly and watching videos outside
-when lying on my back I only had a hand towel to cover my top half
