Colouring was a disaster, noticed when coming back home. Technique used wasn't right for the service asked. Cigarette smell at the place and saw other clients leaving because they have been waiting for more than 45 min.

Brilliant salon, Brilliant staff who actually listened to what I had to say and understood my concerns. Love the final result. As I am new to London it is great to have now found 'my hairdresser'.
