I made an error when booking my appointment and booked the wrong day for my children’s haircuts! I had booked it for Wednesday but thought I’d booked for Tuesday. I turned up at the salon and it was closed. I emailed Becky and she got back to me straight away and even said she would come in and open the salon and cut my kid’s hair in 10 minutes! She completely saved the day and she was really friendly and nice about the whole thing. I was very impressed with the haircuts too. She did a great job
