I have fast growing, wavy hair, which suddenly gets on my nerves, so I keep it very short.
Tracy always does a fabulous job and even when it grows longer between cuts, it keeps it's shape and looks great (except I look like my Mum).
I look forward to the catch up and over the years I appreciate the conversation and Tracy's input.
Obviously I have been to many hairdressers in my time, most of them are quite pretentious and unfriendly while over charging for a mediocre hair cut.
