Went for a second appointment for a hair fix (previously visit to same venue, hair was not cut straight). However, they were very quick to reassure and remedy the situation with a fix wash cut and blow-dry by a more senior stylist. Andrew was very attentive and thorough. Took his time to really ensure issue was fixed and I was happy with the end result.
