Lisa is brilliant, all the staff at the Hersham branch are lovely and so friendly, they know what they are doing, I've been going there about a year or so now, and I've had been a few colours but have settled with a colour and Lisa knows what I like, Lisa always asks what I want and I've come to trust her that much I'm like, "do what you want", Lisa will always ask me though before she does anything.
I have booked my next appointment well in advance and can't wait to see all the girls again.
