Conflicted because though the staff were lovely, I wasn’t happy about the end result. The plaits I had put in were okay, but there were bits of hair sticking out of it, so looked messy and I wasn’t convinced they added anything. I was persuaded to have my hair a little differently and it unfortunately ended up looking a bit fussy and not really me. The curls put in were very good and would hold, but when I got home I had to redo to my hair myself as I just didn’t like the look I ended up with.
