Booked twice for lash appointments which were prepaid and both were cancelled on the day, pretty poor! The first was because the lash tech tested positive for covid, which is totally understandable, but the appointment was cancelled with no explanation and I had to follow up to find out why. The second was cancelled because it was going to take her too long to get to the salon, which is not a great excuse. Won’t be trying again!
