Booked for 10am was rescheduled to 10.30 when I went in to get my patch test. Arrived at 10.30 and she was running late. Appointment should have taken about 20mins and I was in the salon until 12pm (1hr30mins) My eyebrows are a mess, they don’t even look as though they have been done correctly. Definitely will not return nor recommend to others
