All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.i am sad to say that my experience was not good. what i thought was going to be a 45min appointment only lasted 25, online it said the mini-facial was to be 30min, which i was later told was incorrect, and that it was 15 however it only lasted about 8- only two products were used. the head massage was meant to be 15mins and was probably just over 10. the ambiance was not relaxing with the music and bright lights. the price was lowered by £5 but i don’t think that was enough. will not be back.

Absolutely love my nails, Surriya is super talented and such a lovely person. I'm always nervous going to someone new for the first time but she totally put me at ease & I'll definitely be back 🖤
