Shampoo was absolutely terrible my hair didn't not feel like it was washed, I had a wet towel used on my hair to dry it, the Blowdry itself wasn't amazing as it was a flick which I asked for curly I tied it up straight away when left. Salon very messy and unorganised

the merchant claimed they didnt know about the booking and blamed treatwell for their delay. I had to wait nearly an hour. expect comments in Portuguese or Spanish that are clearly directed at you if you dare to complain. the hairdresser didnt even look at hair while cutting it! the result was horrible mess but the worst joke was the colour, as you could not see a difference. avoid by all means, unless you are from the same cultural background, then you will likely be treated nicely. strongly biased towards community hair salon. cleanliness bad, the hairdressers nails were in an appalling state. I wanted to cancel after waiting half an hour but didnt know how.
