Salon was closed. I reached the salon 20 minutes before my appt. My appointment was for 12pm and I thought was strange that a salon was closed at 11.40am on a Saturday but I was early so I waited until 12.10pm and then left. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I entered the place and left straight away, despite having paid because I was shocked at the cleaning standards. There was dust everywhere including in the sinks to wash your hair, smelt bad, and the setting did not look like the photos.

Haircut was fine but salon was very dirty and messy and staff weren’t friendly or attentive. Salon was also not open when i arrived and i had to wait 20 minutes
