Lovely friendly experience, great haircut too

The appointment was very late, I was left waiting around 20 mins for my appointment, then around 20 mins after my hair had been cut as no one was available to dry it. I asked if I could had it dried with volume, so it would be bouncy. The hairdresser decided to use a curling iron on my hair, which is fine, but when I went to leave, they told me it was an additional £15 as they used a curling iron. I didn't even ask for it to be done with that. I was completed blind-sighted and won't be returning
