The appointment was very late, I was left waiting around 20 mins for my appointment, then around 20 mins after my hair had been cut as no one was available to dry it. I asked if I could had it dried with volume, so it would be bouncy. The hairdresser decided to use a curling iron on my hair, which is fine, but when I went to leave, they told me it was an additional £15 as they used a curling iron. I didn't even ask for it to be done with that. I was completed blind-sighted and won't be returning

I arrived on time and was ignored when I came in. I then showed a photo of what I wanted (sweepy side bangs) and was given a full block fringe that was cut badly. The whole experience was unprofessional, they made no effort to chat and the person cutting my hair took multiple phone calls at the same time on her phone.
