My appointment was double-booked. It was not the fault of the beautician, but my pedicure therefore took 1 hour and 40 minutes .. there was no time for the manicure, which I had also booked. I was not advised I would need to pay by cash and so had to go to the bank and return to the salon. The environment was soulless and not particularly clean. I will not be returning.

Honestly the best lash tint I’ve ever had - she managed to get all my lashes and the colour has so far stayed really well. So pleased!

I turned up 15 minutes early and was seen straight away! I hadn't had my eyebrows threaded in a WHILE so was expecting it to hurt but it didn't in the slightest and they look amazing.
