My shellac manicure was very poor. The overall finish was very messy. I asked for rounded nails and she started to file a pointy end on one of the nails. I had to ask her to level them all up as they were different lengths.Sadly I shall not be returning.

Jenny was my manicurist and she was brilliant- kind, caring and incredibly understanding( I was late because of traffic.)
I hadn’t been to Bellas n Cirencester before but if I knew I would have Jenny again I would definitely return. And my nails look gorgeous too. Thank you

I booked my usual nail appt. with Florinda using the App only to discover she wasn't there and has left. I should have been told. The new lady is very nice. I am disappointed with my manicure. I booked a Shellac manicure which is 45 mins. Florinda was always very thorough but my appt. was rushed and only lasted 25 mins. Another customer arrived 10 mins into my appointment. This experience means I won't be returning
