Staff very rude, I had an appointment for 9am due to her being late I had to wait 15 minutes for the wax to get hot, I didn’t have 15 minutes spare to waste on waiting, my appointment was at 9am for a reason, it wasn’t my fault she was late opening. If this is the case don’t start appointments until 9.30. She was rude when I asked for my money back, very abrupt. It’s a shame as eyebrows was a good job just shame about rudeness of the staff.
