I was surprised by lack of warmth in her manner and also lack of professional etiquette. The room wasn’t super clean, she left the door open when I got changed both times and didn’t explain anything. The towel I was given to cover myself wasn’t very nice and I just didn’t feel relaxed or have much tension relieved.

The removal and reapplication was perfect and done really well, which is the main thing, but it was a friendly atmosphere, I’m not one that like to chat or anything but there was no smiling or much of a response
