I suspect I won't be making a return visit. The booking system is completely useless. Another client had manage to double book - I was booked for a lash lift and tint, and she was in for a manicure and pedicure - both with one therapist, who had been sent from the Reading Branch. Thank goodness the 2 of us were so kind and patient. The salon is filthy and tatty. The lash lift was ok, but my lashes have ended up at an odd angle, and certainly not as good as treatments I've had before.

My appointment was double-booked. It was not the fault of the beautician, but my pedicure therefore took 1 hour and 40 minutes .. there was no time for the manicure, which I had also booked. I was not advised I would need to pay by cash and so had to go to the bank and return to the salon. The environment was soulless and not particularly clean. I will not be returning.

Honestly the best lash tint I’ve ever had - she managed to get all my lashes and the colour has so far stayed really well. So pleased!

I turned up 15 minutes early and was seen straight away! I hadn't had my eyebrows threaded in a WHILE so was expecting it to hurt but it didn't in the slightest and they look amazing.
