I was a little nervous as hadn’t had a treatment here before. So relieved to see Florida was casually fashionably dressed and not a sign of ‘Pouty lips and overdone eyebrows!’ She was very friendly and chatty and I soon felt secure with her doing my pedicure. LOVED the jacuzzi style water machine which was so relaxing. Will definitely go back.

Great place. Only criticism is that it would be great to have a bit more information about the process. I was in silence with my eyes closed with no idea how long it was going to take, which was a bit disconcerting. A bit of music in the room would be nice. I will definitely be back because Florida always does an amazing job.

Therapist barely spoke to me. Staff spoke all time to each other in their native language. Nails good standard. Facial ok, massage poor. Atmosphere cold & impersonal, I felt like a body sat there rather than a person. It was not enjoyable or relaxing
