Jenny was my manicurist and she was brilliant- kind, caring and incredibly understanding( I was late because of traffic.)
I hadn’t been to Bellas n Cirencester before but if I knew I would have Jenny again I would definitely return. And my nails look gorgeous too. Thank you

I booked my usual nail appt. with Florinda using the App only to discover she wasn't there and has left. I should have been told. The new lady is very nice. I am disappointed with my manicure. I booked a Shellac manicure which is 45 mins. Florinda was always very thorough but my appt. was rushed and only lasted 25 mins. Another customer arrived 10 mins into my appointment. This experience means I won't be returning

Sadly disappointed- lady very nice, however room had a bright light, radio blasting dance music in background, lack of privacy with customers coming in and out shop whilst having massage which stopped whilst customers were seen to. At end a hot flannel washed under a tap was applied to my back, leaving my back cold with tissue paper used to mop up any wetness, shame as lady was nice but felt more like a procedure then a pleasant treatment. Also ended early so disappointing overall - refund pls
