Great place. Only criticism is that it would be great to have a bit more information about the process. I was in silence with my eyes closed with no idea how long it was going to take, which was a bit disconcerting. A bit of music in the room would be nice. I will definitely be back because Florida always does an amazing job.

Therapist barely spoke to me. Staff spoke all time to each other in their native language. Nails good standard. Facial ok, massage poor. Atmosphere cold & impersonal, I felt like a body sat there rather than a person. It was not enjoyable or relaxing

She burnt my face horribly with the wax and then said what do you want me to do about it? WTAF? She wouldn’t refund me and when I asked what to do she said she didn’t know. Now my face is red and burnt and I paid for the pleasure. Awful. Would give 0 stars if I could.
