Average. Wouldn’t recommend. Beautician was extremely quiet and there was hardly any greeting when I arrived, ushered straight into the treatment room at the back and not given any instructions (thankfully I’ve had many waxes so I knew already!) nor a towel to cover myself, so it was more awkward than it needed to be. The wax itself took longer than I’m used to, and she seemed to cover only very small segments of skin at a time, and go over the same areas of skin multiple times, which was not an efficient or pain-minimising technique. There was also a lot of picking and tugging at the corners of the wax which was painful. This was probably one of the most painful hot waxes I’ve had and I’ve had many. I’d also say the inefficient tugging led to hair breakage upon removal meaning I’ve already got regrowth and it’s only been 5 days. Booking was easy but I wouldn’t return unfortunately. I’d also say, for £31.50 you could pay the same elsewhere and get better.

Very clean salon, was able to accommodate a last minute booking (the week before Christmas). A local colleague was covering whilst Florinda was on leave. She was personable, highly professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.
