I went to the salon for a full head of highlights, and a haircut. I paid full price for both services, which came to £100.
The hairdresser did a good job of the highlights, and I was happy with the colour. However, it was clear that the lady who washed my hair afterwards had never washed someone else's hair before. When taking the plastic sheets from my hair which were used for the dye, she was actually pulling out my hair as she did it. I do not expect to actually be in pain at the hairdressers. Another member of staff walked past and saw my pained expression, so tried to help. On top of this, the lady put the water on so strongly that she actually wet my face. Again, I do not expect a shower at the hairdressers. I have never experienced this before, and I've been to many different hairdressers.
To top this all off, when it came to the haircut afterwards, the hairdresser did it in literally about 5 minutes. She even said to her colleague, "Can I borrow your scissors? I'll literally take 5 minutes". When I pay full price (£35) for a haircut, even if it is a trim, I would still expect a careful cut. I came home and still had split ends.
Having looked around at other hairdressers, I thought this one looked like good value, but in fact I should have gone somewhere slightly more expensive. I will not be going back.

I had a great experience at this salon! The head massage during shampoo was incredible and I felt very pampered by the staff. They were pleasant and offered drinks and apologised profusely for a 5 minute wait for my cut. Donya cut my hair and she really took her time styling it when I told her I like volume. My hair looked fabulous and I’ll definitely come back!
Ladies' Haircuts
Was a really lovely warm welcome, I had my 5 month old baby with me which was a little stressful! and they couldn't have been more helpful.
The lady that did my nails really took her time and did a lovely job. It didn't feel rushed like in many other salons.
We had a laugh with the ladies throughout our treatments. (my friend and I both had gel manicures and a blow dry and she also had a gel pedicure)
Also due to unforseen circumstances we had to change our times last minute and they couldn't have been more accommodating.
We will definitely return in the future.

The staff were so friendly and professional, the salon itself is lovely and modern! As this was my first wax I knew it was going to hurt but it wasn’t as bad as I thought, however the beautician did miss quite a few patches of hair! Overall I would recommend!
Brazilian Waxing
Very friendly staff and clean salon but my manicure and pedicure took 3 hours in total.
