I had bought a voucher for a "wash and haircut". When I arrived, they told me that 'haircut' meant a straight trim. I would not have paid £25 for a trim and felt that this should have been made clear at the time of booking. The staff were very nice and friendly and the hair cut was good. However, I felt that the 'deal' itself was a con.
