The treatment was not as described. I did not receive a consultation about the shape of my brows, and there was also no threading done. I specifically grew my brows out a little so that we had something to work with for shape, but they were left as is.
I was also not given any information about the steps of the procedure (e.g. I only figured out the next step is waxing when I had hot wax slapped on my brow).

Had a positive experience at Bella & Bello. Mojgan who did my hair was very lovely and professional. I told her the look I wanted and she did an amazing job, if not better than what I expected. she took care of me and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.
