I liked the salon and the staff were lovely, but the gel removal was quite harsh on my nails (using a nail drill) which has left them with a very uneven texture.

Good, on time, attentive, understanding, and knew what she was doing. Asked what I wanted. Told me what she was going to do and checked that it was OK.

The nail artist, Amira, was very good. She was super friendly and polite throughout the whole experience and tried her best to work efficiently.
However, the facilities were poor. For e.g. they didn't have many nail polishes and the ones they did have were very poor quality, I was shocked! I also got a pedicure done and the final result was very transparent and patchy but this is not Amira's fault, this was the salon owner's fault for having rubbish product in the salon.
