Wax was kinda overheated. There are wax still stick on my skin when I left and at the end all the leftover wax was sticked onto my clothes and I have to through them away. And found that there are still hairs are not removed.

Natalia was amazing. She was very professional. I have had lots of frontal hair loss recently and Natalia gave me the best haircut with layers which covered my bald spots and made my hair look healthy. I will go back to her again in future.
