Just for others' FYI - I was expecting a hands-on blackhead removal technique but the lady used a tool and glided it over my skin rather than using her fingers and pressure to remove them.
Furthermore, when I booked the appointment, it was rescheduled without reason. Also, I don't answer unknown numbers and no voicemails left. Then looked it up on the internet and it was the salon.

Really nice hair wash and little head massage! Asked if the water temperature was ok - not to hot.
Good haircut, but disappointed at the price I had to pay. I paid online £40 for the haircut wash and cut, but was charged an extra £15 for the hairdryer. I didn't request the hairdryer. I think they should be aware of what I book, or ask ...not just assume that I wanted to pay for it all. (I am skint at the moment as festive season, and no have credit facilities !)
