As nice as everyone is, I booked a deep tissue massage and it wasn’t it. It was still a relaxing massage but no pressure at all. Probably won’t come back as I’ve had much better massages elsewhere. What a shame because Almira was super kind and everyone else too!

I had a shellac manicure with Sima and my nails look fabulous! Sima was so friendly and there was a great atmosphere in the salon.

Not a great experience.
I wasn’t going to leave a review but Treatwell kept sending me notifications to do so.
The atmosphere was strange in the venue- the music kept stopping due to adverts playing and the phone started ringing at one point, taking me out of any relaxed state of mind I had before.
My massage therapist then made a casual comment on my hair loss which was unnecessary and quite upsetting, given how self-conscious I am of it.
Unnecessary and unprofessional. I left in tears.
