Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. The nail bar staff pointed me to the corner where my hairdresser was with a another customer - no acknowledgment of me was made. After a short while the hairdresser disappeared behind the scenes with the other customer for around 15 minutes. When they returned to the front of the shop, no apology or acknowledgment of the delayed - as she continued with the other customer. 25 minutes after my appointment was due to start I cancelled my appointment.
