Natalia was so lovely, listened to me about what I wanted and talked with me about it, and I'm so pleased with the cut and the styling she did after. 100% making her my regular hairdresser - what a relief!

My birthday treat -v disappointed. Salon was hectic and not v friendly. Booked a deep tissue massage but stopped her halfway through as she wasn't doing that- just generally pinching/ chopping the skin so it was neither relaxing nor effective. She said she was doing a fullbody massage ( but hadn't touched my back!) &tried again with more pressure which was better but still not proper massage. Started and finished late which added stress. She was nice but a bad experience, wld like refund tbh.
