As friendly as Sima was, this was one of the worst manicures I have had. My nails looked messy and I do a better job at home. I decided to get them professionally done as a treat but it really does feel like a waste. My cuticles were botched, the gel polish was not capped at the tip so I had some chips within 48 hours. I've learned now to avoid getting my nails done at salons and to stick to nail shops where the staff are more experienced.

This was my first time at Bella & Bello and my experience was great. Sima was very attentive and I had my gel pedicure promptly. Very clean environment I shall be back!
