Not my best experience… the place wasn’t clean.. a baby wipe covered in hair sitting on the stylists counter… had to ask to condition hair correctly… had water dripping all over my face when having my hair washed… so rough with the blow dry… kept smacking the hairdryer against my hair…by the end my hair was standing with the static. Would never go back.

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, the same hair cut I've had for years. Have walked out with a very disconnected cut which isn't what I asked for. Was given unwanted advice about my personal life, which was unnecessary, and stylist didn't understand the term 'layers'. Friendly ladies, but don't listen properly.
