Amazing service, Sarah did an excellent job, my hair looks great and healthy. She was helpful and listened to my wishes with exceptional results. The stuff are always so kind to me when I go there, I definitely recommend

I was not happy with my hair at all, firstly I asked for an inch off my hair and more was cut off as that’s what she recommended (fair enough!) I clearly said no and she still kept cutting! I also asked for my fringe to be feathered and trimmed and she said she’ll do it last, whilst drying I mentioned the fringe and she said ‘oh no I can’t do itit’s already dry now!’ When I clearly asked. I was also charged an extra £10 for a blow dry that didn’t last for more that 30 minutes, the curls fell out
