I m very pleased with my hair colour treatment. After the consultation with Natalia we plan the treatment according to my existing hair colour. I am very satisfied with final result as it looks very natural and the way I wanted. The hairdresses is chatty and very open, offering different solutions and seems to be very experienced. The salon is quite busy but not like hustle and bustle. Overall, good experience!

Nail colour came off on the same day, I didn’t get the shape I asked for and nails weren’t cleaned properly after colour was applied. I have had shellac many times and the colour has never chipped on the same day, this was a first. Also very bad attitude when I only asked if they offer more colours, feel extremely upset as I wasted my money and wasn’t happy with the job done.
